Our return policy is for store credit only. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to repurchase the item. Orders that are shipped are eligible for return if they are received by Carriage within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- All discounted and/or sale items are a final sale.
- All Jon Hart Designs items are final sale.
- All custom crystal Birkenstocks are final sale.
- All accessories including jewelry, handbags, and undergarments are a final sale.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form which was included in your order. If you have misplaced this form please click here to download and print a new one.

In order for your items to be eligible for return they must meet the following requirements:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Items must be received by Carriage no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt.
If you do not meet one or both of the above criteria, DO NOT attempt to return your purchase. If it does not meet our criteria the item(s) will be refused by our Returns Department.
